End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using RadioEquations ("App"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for your use of the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

Grant of License:

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may install and use the App on compatible devices that you own or control.

Intellectual Property:

The App and all associated intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Robert J Sarvis Jr. You acknowledge and agree that all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including any updates, modifications, or enhancements, remain the exclusive property of Robert J Sarvis Jr.

Data Collection and Privacy:

The App does not collect any personal information or track user activities. We are committed to respecting your privacy, and we do not store, transmit, or disclose any personally identifiable information or usage data.

Restrictions on Use:

You agree not to:

4.1 Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App;

4.2 Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;

4.3 Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App;

4.4 Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes;

4.5 Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or any servers or networks connected to the App;

4.6 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, user accounts, or any computer systems or networks associated with the App.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects or errors in the App will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the App.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Robert J Sarvis Jr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction].

Severability:

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Robert J Sarvis Jr regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
