Welcome to Basket Buddy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Basket Buddy and any related services provided by Robert J Sarvis Jr ("we," "us," or "our").

By using Basket Buddy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Basket Buddy.

Description of Service

Basket Buddy is a mobile application that allows users to create, edit, and share grocery lists with other users. The app may also offer features such as recipe suggestions, product recommendations, and other related services.

User Accounts

User Content

You are solely responsible for any content that you create, submit, or upload to Basket Buddy, including grocery lists, recipes, product recommendations, and any other content. By submitting content to Basket Buddy, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process your content.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Basket Buddy for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any intellectual property rights, transmitting viruses or other harmful code, or engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the app's functionality. We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or take legal action if you violate these Terms.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO Basket Buddy OR ANY RELATED SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF Basket Buddy OR ANY RELATED SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Robert J Sarvis Jr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of Basket Buddy, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
